Harsh truth alert: The journey to Taking Back Your Life may sting a little. There may even be a few moments that you're not particularly fond of me. But I can promise you this...if you feel stuck, if you procrastinate, or if you have trouble reaching your goals, I have been there my friend.
I also struggled with a lack of boundaries (#peoplewalkedalloverme), low self-esteem and felt like I was watching my life pass me by.

Maybe it’s because you feel stuck- at work, or in your personal life.
Maybe your health or fitness level isn’t where you would like it to be.
Maybe you are disappointed in your career or business.
Maybe you just feel disconnected and lonely and would like richer friendships and fuller relationships.
Maybe you struggle with depression or anxiety-which we all know affects every area of your life.
Maybe you’re like I was, a chronic people pleaser who feels taken for granted or unappreciated.
Maybe you just feel like your life is going in the wrong direction and are unsure how to get it on the right track.
Whatever the reason is, and there may be more than one, I know there definitely was for me, you want something more out of your life.
There are a ton of reasons why you might feel 'stuck' or just unhappy.
So I thought we’d use this week’s episode to break ‘em down for you and give you some tips on how to get out of the ditch and back on the road towards a life that you love!
